Financial Designs, founded in 1985 by John Lassiter, is an employee and executive benefit consulting firm that provides financial and insurance services. Mr. Lassiter is a graduate of The University of Illinois, Urbana, Illinois. He obtained a B.S. degree in Statistical Economics. He is also a graduate of The American College located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, where he obtained the designation of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant). He also holds the designation of RFC (Registered Financial Consultant). Mr. Lassiter is a Qualifying & Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a 2004 member of the prestigious Top of the Table. Mr. Lassiter started in the insurance business in 1963 as a Prudential Broker, then a Sales Manager and a District Manager. The Financial Designs team also includes Rosielyn Lassiter, Vice President and Alison Evans, Director of Operations. Our firm has a combined experience of 68 years.
